10-year Warranty. Read about the terms in the warranty brochure.

The mesh material of the backrest lets air through to your back during long sitting periods.

The high backrest and the curved shape of the chair, provide good lower back support and prevent your back from getting tired. You sit comfortably and longer with a relaxed posture.

This swivel chair has adjustable tilt tension that allows you to adjust the resistance to suit your movements and weight.

To adjust the tilt tension, turn the knob under the seat to increase or decrease the resistance.

The shape of the armrests provides good support and helps you find a good sitting position.

Suitable for business use.

This ergonomic office chair has lots of functions that allow you to easily adapt the chair to your body.

Synchronized tilt mechanism allows the chair to move with you. The backrest moves more than the seat when you lean back, so torso/hips open up. This improves circulation and keeps energy levels up.

Height-adjustable seat allows you to adjust the height so that back and legs are at a 90° angle.

A safety function locks the castors when no one is sitting in the chair and keeps it securely in place when you stand up.

The castors are designed to provide ease of movement and maneuverability on both carpeted and hard floors as well as on uneven surfaces.

As you recline, the synchronized tilt mechanism allows feet to stay on the floor while your gaze remains straight ahead. Your chest stretches without adding pressure on thighs, improving circulation.

Great chair but needs improvement! Michael This is a sturdy and comfortable chair. but please replace the cushion with breathable mesh material similar to the back of the chair. After hours of sitting on it, my butt hurts so I have to use a 3rd party seat cushion on top. Please make this chair perfect by adding mesh cushion! 3

10 years of solid performance Colin I've been using this chair daily for 10 years! It's a tank. Build quality is perfect. Good comfort. The seat cushion has held up well. 5

Comfortable Chair Pamela I am enjoying this chair. It looks nice and is comfortable. I would recommend purchasing this chair. 5

Not the best, but does it's job well Nenad When it comes to comfort and ergonomics, the Markus is exceptional. I sit for multiple hours every day at my PC and feel no back pain. What I do miss from my last chair is a bigger seating cushion. I like to lift my feet up on the chair, but the narrow cushion makes that difficult to do. Removable arm rests are a blessing and a curse. When watching a video the arm rests provide great comfort. But when I want to get some work done I cannot pull myself all the way in, because the arms are too high for my table, so I have to remove them. Overall, it does it's job well. You get what you paid for. And get sort of a premium feel with the comfort. But in functionality it falls apart 3

Wife likes it. Extra arm rests for purchase? Charles My wife seems to like this chair. I have it also. It helps with the lumbar support. Unfortunately with the arm rests being "rubber" my grandkids were over and scratched a piece off of my wife's chair. Are there just the armrests that can be ordered by chance? 5 stars if that is possible. 4

Good chair Uladzislau Very comfortable 5

Comfortable chair but plastic pieces keep dropping off Randy The chair itself is very comfortable but I keep finding small hard, semi round, black plastic pieces under the chair on the carpet. Afraid it is falling apart! 3

Great chair - are spare parts available? Mark Love the chair. Comfortable, good back support, and flexibility. I'm a big guy (6 ft 4 in; 280 lbs) and have had no issues with the chair (I can wheel all over my office!). However, the rubber arm rest is starting to peal back (it's the way I get upu) and would love to purchase replacement arms. Any idea if they are available? 5

Great chair Nicholas What I like most about this chair is the height. You can make it tall enough to feel comfortable for a 6-foot person. 5

Awesome chair Angel Been looking for a chair for a while , a lot of people use this chair and now I know why , it’s cheap and comfortable /ergonomic 5

Back for a second one! Debra I went through several chairs that all did not support my neck and back before finding this chair. I basically sat on all the desk chairs at ikea and this one was by far the most comfortable. It is expensive. But after having it close to a year I can guarantee it is worth it. Coming back today to buy a second one for the home office to replace the $80 POS one my husband bought online. 5

Ergonomic Emre Good price for very good quality and ergonomic design. 5

Good back support but poor cushion for me Shih Kai The cushion doesn't support my body well after half year used. 2

Headrest was too high - designed for man, not for women Pan I find this chair to be generally good, but it has one major drawback that disappoints me - it seems to be designed based on the height of men rather than women. The headrest is positioned too high, which means only the upper part of my head can lean on it, leaving the lower part of my head entirely unsupported. This results in a very uncomfortable situation, and I cannot recommend it for women in general. 2

Overall nice chair, comfortable, but quality not the best! Jerry Nice comfortable chair, wide seating area, arm rest positioned nicely to allow arms to rest comfortably. However the thread is coming off on the back of the chair so I'm concerned about the overall quality! 4

Great quality Nicolas Super stylish, good material and super easy to put together. Great choice. 5

It fits my little adult legs. Antonella I have short legs and sitting in most chairs is a pain because the back to knee length is always too long and my knees don't bend if I sit back. So I'm stuck either sitting forward without proper back support or sitting back with my legs unable to bend at the knee leaving me with knee and lower back pain. This chair has the perfect back to knee length and has a high-back which allows me to sit with good posture and no pain. 5

Economical chair. Paul Y. It was easy to install. Very comfortable. Price was reasonable. 5

it’s an okay chair. Nathaniel To reference, I own this current model, and I’ve also owned the previous model. The previous model was built better overall, and I maintained that one for about five years. This current model is not as good and has been made significantly cheaper. The armrest has been converted to a rubber grip instead of a padded cushion. I’ve owned this current model for about eight months now, and it does not have the same build quality as the previous chair. This chair is also loud, not squeaky, but when you lean back, it does make a loud pop noise. It also does this if you tilt back and swivel. I'm unsure if this is a product defect, but it has been an issue since I purchased the chair. It is relatively comfortable for the price you are paying, but if you are planning to use this chair more than 6 hours a day, I would highly recommend upgrading to something more supportive and comfortable. 2
